The success of The Dirty Picture has encouraged Vidya Balan ten steps forward, and is now quickly one of the best stars in Bollywood. It is now being said that Vidya Balan, along with Kareena Kapoor, who has had back to back hits this season, has increased their charges per movie to Rs 7 crore.

When Vidya was asked to talk about the increase, Vidya confirmed that she did not ask for Rs 7 crore. However, Vidya Balan laughingly added that if people think she deserves to be paid Rs 7 crore, she would be glad to accept that.
